Here at Meers Weddings + Events we have a few different planning packages. These help us determine the level of assistance needed. We have three wedding packages and an event package. These descriptions are not set in stone, but simply to give an idea of what option might be the best. Additional package details and customizations can be discussed in early planning meetings!

The Real Deal

The Real Deal is for the bride that wants a completely stress free wedding day with lots of details. With frequent meetings, all the helpful tips are shared and used to effectively plan the wedding of your dreams. Professional planning ensures the bride and the groom are hands off by wedding day, which is truly the dream. The package includes just the basics list, the partial planning list, and the following:

12 hours onsite
Planning meetings as needed
Full access to vendor recommendation lists
In person venue meeting (optional)
Floor plan and design suggestions
Full timeline created together
Set up and decorating
1-2 hours of clean up

Partial Planning

Partial Planning is the best option for the bride that needs some fine tuning to their ideas and help executing it. It ensures a great plan is in place along with guaranteeing the day of coordinator is prepared for it all. This package includes the Just the Basics list and the following:

10 hours onsite
Up to 6 hours of planning meetings
Timeline templates
Wedding checklists
3-5 vendor recommendations
Rehearsal Coordination
Assisting with set up and decorating
1 hour of clean up

Just the Basics

Just the Basics is for the bride that has it all together. The planning is done and it simply needs to be executed by a professional. We will take the time to get on the same page about the timeline and details, then jump right in. This package includes:

8 hours onsite
Point person for vendor set up
Assisting bridal party
Minor decorating and set up
Ensuring timeline
Coordinating guest flow
Dress bustling
Preparing couple exit
Minor clean up
